Renewable Energy Co-operatives in Wales
Networking event for co-operatives in Wales to learn about good practice across the UK
 
Wednesday 11th June
Newtown, Powys
10 am through to 2.30 pm
NB This event is free to attend.
 

UPDATE ON THE NETWORKING EVENT:
 
Organised by the Wales Co-operative Centre and Egni, the networking event welcomes guest speakers who have been there and done it. This event will help renewable energy co-operatives, in Wales, learn from their achievements and experiences. Anyone with an interest in starting a group or already part of one should attend.

 
Co-operative Energy, which has negotiated ‘Power Purchase Agreements’ with community energy organisations, will have a stand and is readily available for networking.
 

Representatives for the important new Community Energy Development Fund that provides risk finance for community renewables, will also be available for networking. The Fund is managed by Robert Owen Community Banking.
